From a young age, he trained as a monk at <b>Samye Memorial Institute<\/b> in Kathmandu, Nepal, under the guidance of <b>His Eminence Yeshe Sangpo Rinpoche<\/b>. There, he completed in-depth studies in <b>sutra and tantra<\/b> according to the <b>Nyingma<\/b> tradition and earned the prestigious title of <b>Khenpo<\/b>.<\/p><p>Over the past 15 years, Khenpo has been teaching monastics at the institute, specializing in higher tantras and classical Buddhist texts. From <b>1994 to 2005<\/b>, he studied <b>outer and inner tantras<\/b> and <b>Dzogchen (The Great Perfection)<\/b>. From <b>2005 to 2011<\/b>, he completed several traditional retreats focused on <b>preliminary practices (ng\u00f6ndro)<\/b> as well as the <b>creation and completion stages<\/b> of Dzogchen.<\/p><p>Khenpo&#8217;s principal teachers in the <b>Dudjom lineage<\/b> are:<\/p><ul><li><b>His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche<\/b><\/li><li><b>His Holiness Thinley Norbu Rinpoche<\/b><\/li><li><b>His Eminence Yeshe Sangpo Rinpoche<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p>He is also closely connected to many other masters across the <b>old and new schools<\/b> of Tibetan Buddhism, including the <b>Nyingthik tradition<\/b> of Dzogchen from <b>H.H. Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche<\/b>.<\/p><p>Today, Khenpo offers teachings to <b>lay practitioners across Asia, Europe, and the United States<\/b>, both <b>online and in person<\/b>, in Tibetan and English. From his base in Kathmandu, he also <b>translates sacred sadhanas and prayers<\/b> from the Dudjom Tersar tradition into English for his students.<\/p><p>He has recently formed a connection with the village of <strong>Thulopatal<\/strong>, <strong>Nepal<\/strong>, where he serves as the <strong>primary spiritual guide<\/strong>. At the request of his Nepali students, he has also begun <strong>preliminary planning<\/strong> to build a <strong>small monastery in Kathmandu<\/strong>. Whether teaching monastics, laypeople, or scholar, Khenpo works tirelessly to <strong>preserve authentic Tibetan Buddhism<\/strong> and spread the <strong>Buddhadharma teachings of compassion and
